The project aims to assess the level of digital technology adoption among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), identify barriers to digital transformation, and understand the impact of digital tools on business performance, productivity, and growth. Digital adoption can help MSMEs improve customer engagement, access new markets, streamline operations, and increase resilience during economic disruptions. They study were conducted in Phnom Penh, Battambang, Ratanakiri, Kratie, Kampot, Preah Sihanouk, Kampong Cham, and Siem Reap.
